A little about me…
Hello! I’m Jamie Hamilton, a Registered Dietitian with a deep appreciation for both the science of nutrition and the lived experience of being in a human body.
Clinically, I work with adults who are often doing many of the “right” things but still don’t feel quite right; digestive issues, hormone or menstrual concerns, low energy, mood changes, or a sense that their body isn’t responding the way it should. My work is grounded in evidence-based nutrition and physiology, with a functional lens when deeper exploration is helpful. I focus on patterns, root causes, and context rather than quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice.
I always start with nutrition and foundational habits. From there, when appropriate, I may use advanced tools like hormone or stool testing to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface and to guide more targeted, thoughtful support. I value nuance, practicality, and sustainability, because health has to fit into real life to actually work.
Outside of my professional life, I live in Colorado with my husband and our daughter, and we spend as much time as possible outdoors. I’ve always loved being active and have a background in endurance running, but these days you’re more likely to find me hiking trails with my husband and toddler in tow. Movement, time outside, and fresh air are a big part of how I personally care for my own physical and mental health, and they naturally influence how I think about wellness more broadly.
I’m also currently in the thick of early parenthood, raising a young child and preparing to welcome our second. That season of life has shaped how I practice more than any textbook—it’s reinforced the importance of flexibility, compassion, and realistic expectations. I believe strongly that supportive nutrition should add stability and clarity to your life, not more pressure.
If you’re looking for a thoughtful, individualized approach to nutrition, one that balances science, curiosity, and real-world living, you’re in the right place!
